-Suite 41 Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages that show delivered. Please contact your local post office if your tracking # states it has been delivered.
**All SALES and CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. This includes using a sale code. There are NO Exchanges or Returns on SALE items or Jewelry/Accessories!

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY!
You may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order for STORE CREDIT ONLY! Before returning items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL return requirements. All return items are inspected and we reserve the right to deny a return based on its condition.
-You must contact us before returning to get approval.
-All returns MUST be received within 14 days of your delivery date.
-Returned item MUST be unworned, unwashed and in perfect condition, with tags still attached.
-Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

***Suite 41 will only accept 5 returns in one calendar year. If more than 5 items are returned in one calendar year, there will be a 20% restocking fee on top of an additional shipping fee charge.
